There's so much interest in showing the value we get from Enterprise 2.0. It'll be great to go beyond calculations based on time savings. At the Enterprise 2.0 and knowledge management lecture I gave at a business school yesterday, the MBA students cited all sorts of benefits (both cost reduction and value creation), but most of those were difficult to tie to dollar value.
