		<description>Thanks for telling us about those! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ll try to make it to the first teleconference. There&#039;s so much interest in showing the value we get from Enterprise 2.0. It&#039;ll be great to go beyond calculations based on time savings. At the Enterprise 2.0 and knowledge management lecture I gave at a business school yesterday, the MBA students cited all sorts of benefits (both cost reduction and value creation), but most of those were difficult to tie to dollar value. Looking forward to more research on this!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I wish I could attend to the second one, but it conflicts with another talk I&#039;m giving. Catch you next time, I guess. =)</description>
